I thought I would be smart in renting the digital ticket and gifted it to a different email address of mine, scheduled for today, the day that I would have time to watch the musical.
But when I got the email about the gifted ticket and clicked the "Redeem" link in the email, I just got a 404 Error page. Now I have no way to watch the musical (despite having paid for the rental) :(
Has this happened to anyone else? How do I fix this to watch the musical on my rental tonight?
